Recent activity in the Atlanta real estate market has certainly suffered during the pandemic that has affected the country and even the world.
There are steps however that I use to make sure we call all remain Covid Free when showing your home to prospective buyers.
Gloves, masks, shoe booties are the new accessories needed to view a property. Agents showing my listing, must adhere to these specifications.
To limit the number of people entering the home, I provide a virtual walking tour of my listings. Professional photos are certainly included in the marketing
of the home on major media. However, I have received very positive feedback to the details I share that are not evident in photos.
Children, other family members, decorators, etc. can enter the property after the inspection is completed and all contingencies are removed (other than financial).
I request that my Sellers have the home professionally disinfected after move out and encourage Buyers to do the same if moving in within two weeks of the
Seller's vacating of the property. This should insure that Covid 19 is not spread by the Seller.
